HPE rises on $1.2 billion Vultr deal, guidance raise

** Shares of AI server maker Hewlett Packard Enterprise HPE.N rise 4.9% to $64.5 premarket

** HPE announced a $1.2 billion order from Vultr to deploy AMD Helios AI Rack by HPE systems at Vultr's US cloud data centers

** HPE is raising its FY27 Networking segment revenue growth outlook to between high teens and low-20s %

** Co expects $800 mln in annual run-rate savings by the end of fiscal 2028 related to its acquisition of Juniper Networks, up from its previously announced target of at least $600 mln

** Up to last close, stock had more than doubled YTD
