** A local trader says Micron gave a bullish AI-memory demand outlook, describing the Q4 results as "strong"

** "Sentiment positive for AI-related power and tech names," the trader adds

** Suss MicroTec SMHNn.DE and AT & S ATSV.VI are up 2.5% and 3%, respectively

** Siltronic WAFGn.DE, Aixtron AIXGn.DE and Infineon IFXGn.DE rise between 1.5% and 2%

** Aixtron and Infineon both seen at the top of their respective indices: Germany's mid-cap and blue-chip .GDAXI
