Australia's Tivan gains on advancement of joint venture for tungsten project

** Shares of Tivan Ltd TVN.AX rise as much as 5.1% to A$0.205, their highest level since September 22

** Critical minerals explorer and Sumitomo Corp 8053.T seek to expedite the finalisation of terms to establish an incorporated joint venture (IJV) at Molyhil Tungsten Project in Northern Australia

** Tivan says it has completed legal and tax due diligence for the IJV, adding that Sumitomo completed a site visit in July

** Both parties anticipate execution of agreements in Q4 2026

** Stock down 25.5% YTD, including the session's moves
