The Company is a solar and critical power services company focused on small and medium scale solar development, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and selected solar asset ownership and maintenance. The Company's segments include Critical Power Services and Solar Development. Critical Power Services segment operates in Australia with a focus on the design, supply, installation and maintenance of power and control systems, including for solar farms. BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 30 June 2021, VivoPower International PLC revenues decreased 16% to $40.4M. Net loss increased 48% to $7.6M. Revenues reflect Critical Power Services segment decrease of 20% to $38.8M, Australia segment decrease of 20% to $39M. Higher net loss reflects Corporate Office segment loss increase from $2.3M to $4.9M, Solar Development segment loss totaling $395K vs. income of $1.1M.
