The Company is focused on providing investment management services and products to institutional, intermediary, retirement platforms and individual investors. It has approximately 10 autonomous investment franchises and a solutions platform. BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Victory Capital Holdings Inc revenues increased 15% to $890.3M. Net income increased 31% to $278.4M. Revenues reflect Investment management fees-Mutual funds (Victory Funds) segment increase of 18% to $536.9M, Investment management fees-Separate accounts and other vehic segment increase of 27% to $125.4M. Net income benefited from Interest expense and other financing decrease of 44% to $17.3M (expense).
