Liberty Media Corporation is a global media and entertainment company. The Company's segments include Sirius XM Holdings and Formula 1. Sirius XM Holdings operates two audio entertainment businesses, Sirius XM and Pandora. Sirius XM features music, sports, entertainment, comedy, talk, news, traffic and weather channels as well as infotainment services, in the United States on a subscription basis through its two satellite radio systems and through the Internet through applications for mobile devices, home devices and other consumer electronic equipment. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net Income reflects Realized & Unrealized G/L on Financial decrease of 17% to $433M (expense), Subscriber Acquisition Costs decrease of 10% to $325M (expense).
