BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 December 2021, Pro-Dex Inc revenues increased 20% to $20.2M. Net income decreased 32% to $2M. Revenues reflect Medical devices segment increase of 25% to $16.4M, NRE & Prototypes segment increase from $130K to $311K. Net income was offset by Unrealized gain (loss) on marketable equ decrease from $1.3M (income) to $300K (expense), General and administrative expenses increase of 38% to $2.3M (expense).
