The Company operates through two segments: United States (U.S.) segment and International segment. The U.S. segment designs, markets, and distributes its products to retailers, distributors and directly to consumers through its websites. The International segment consists of business operations conducted outside the U.S. The Company's product categories include two categories of products used to prepare, serve, and consume foods, including Kitchenware (kitchen tools and gadgets, cutlery, kitchen scales, thermometers, cutting boards, shears, cookware, pantry ware, spice racks and bakeware) and Tableware (dinnerware, stemware, flatware, and giftware). Its Home Solutions category includes products used in the home (thermal beverageware, bath scales, weather and outdoor household products, food storage, neoprene travel products and home decor).
BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Lifetime Brands Inc revenues increased 12% to $862.9M. Net income totaled $20.8M vs. loss of $3M. Revenues reflect U.S. segment increase of 13% to $770.6M, International segment increase of 8% to $92.3M, United States segment increase of 9% to $743.3M. Net Income reflects U.S. segment income increase of 66% to $100.3M. Dividend per share increased from $0.17 to $0.21.
