BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 December 2021, Lantronix Inc revenues increased 82% to $61.4M. Net loss increased from $1.8M to $4.7M. Revenues reflect IoT segment increase of 83% to $51.4M, IT Management segment increase of 77% to $9.7M, Americas segment increase from $19M to $38.3M, Asia Pacific Japan segment increase of 71% to $12.7M. Higher net loss reflects Interest Exp-Net of Capitalized Interest increase from $164K to $565.4M (expense).
