BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 December 2021, Hollysys Automation Technologies Ltd revenues increased 14% to $369.6M. Net income decreased 15% to $44.3M. Revenues reflect Industrial Automation segment increase of 24% to $216.3M, Rail Transportation Automation segment increase of 5% to $115.3M. Net income was offset by General and administrative - Balancing increase of 54% to $36.7M (expense).
