G1 Therapeutics, Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company. The Company is focused on the development and commercialization of small molecule therapeutics for the treatment of patients with cancer. The Company's lead compound COSELA (trilaciclib), is a therapy designed to help protect hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) in bone marrow against chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression by transiently inhibiting CDK4/6 in patients with extensive-stage small cell lunger cancer (ES-SCLC).
