Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB is a Sweden-based company active within the real estate sector. In 1924, master builder O. P. Wihlborgs established a construction company. During the years the company gradually acquired a concentration of properties both in the Öresund region and in Stockholm. In 2005 the property portfolio in Stockholm and the Öresund region were separated. The parent company changed name to Fabege AB and kept the property portfolio in Stockholm. The properties in Öresund were placed in a newly formed company that retained the name Wihlborgs Fastigheter. On 23 May 2005, Wihlborgs' shares were listed on the O List of the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Since 2005 the company has grown from 197 properties with a market value of SEK 8 billion to 308 properties with a value of 38.6 billion, as per 31 December 2017.
