Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a real estate investment trust. Its principal activity is to invest primarily in prime real estate used mainly for retail and/or office purposes with the objective of delivering regular and stable distributions to unitholders and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value per unit. Its segments include Wisma Atria Property, Ngee Ann City Property, Australia Properties, Malaysia Properties, and Other Properties. Its investment properties are located in Singapore, Adelaide and Perth-Australia, Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia, and others (consisting of China Property in Chengdu and two properties in Tokyo, Japan). BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 December 2021, StarhillGlobal Real Estate Invmt Trust revenues increased 3% toSP$91M. Net income applicable to common stockholdersincreased 14% to SP$43.6M.
