Hufvudstaden AB properties are mainly situated in the central business districts of Stockholm and Gothenburg in Sweden. The Company operates through three business divisions: Stockholm City East, Stockholm City West and Gothenburg, as well as three support functions: Accounting/Finance, Property Development and Human Resources. The Company carries on its parking operations through the subsidiary Parkaden AB. Hufvudstaden AB’s subsidiaries include AB Citypalatset,, Fastighetsaktiebolaget Medusa and AB Nordiska Kompaniet, among others.
