Hufvudstaden AB properties are mainly situated in the central business districts of Stockholm and Gothenburg in Sweden. The Company operates through three business divisions: Stockholm City East, Stockholm City West and Gothenburg, as well as three support functions: Accounting/Finance, Property Development and Human Resources. The Company carries on its parking operations through the subsidiary Parkaden AB. Hufvudstaden AB’s subsidiaries include AB Citypalatset,, Fastighetsaktiebolaget Medusa and AB Nordiska Kompaniet, among others.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Hufvudstaden AB revenues increased 44% to SEK2.64B. Net income totaled SEK2.96B vs. loss of SEK1.46B. Revenues reflect Stockholm City East segment increase of 11% to SEK1.14B. Net Income reflects Net Operating Income (NOI) Stockholm increase of 13% to SEK915M, FV Adjustments on Investment Property decrease from SEK2.93B (expense) to SEK2.58B (income).
