BNP Paribas (BNP) is a French financial services company, established in 1822 and headquartered in Paris, France. The company is organised into two business lines: Retail Banking & Services (RBS) and Corporate Institutional Banking (CIB). The RBS business division offers financial services in France and more than 60 countries globally. The CIB business division offers financing, securities services, treasury and financial advisory to almost 30,000 corporate and institutional clients in 57 countries. BNP Paribas employs approximately 193,000 staff members in 74 countries. The company is listed on the Euronext Paris and is included in the CAC 40 index.
