BNB technical analysis

The BNB/USD price traded at $698.62 as of 9:03am UTC on 4 November 2026, below its 20-, 50- and 100-day simple moving averages (SMAs), at approximately $724, $747 and $703 respectively, but above the 200-day SMA near $656.

The 14-day relative strength index (RSI) stood at 39.74, indicating subdued momentum without reaching oversold territory. The 14-day average directional index (ADX) at 28.18 suggested an established trend without indicating its direction. The fast stochastic RSI at 11.61 was near the lower end of its range, while Williams %R at −74.50 approached the conventional oversold threshold of −80.

On the upside, the 100-day SMA near $703 provides an initial resistance reference, followed by the classic pivot at $731. A daily close above the pivot could bring R1 at $782 into view, followed by R2 at $861.

On the downside, the 200-day SMA near $656 provides potential support, with the classic S1 level at $652 just below. The nine-period Hull moving average stood near $695, close to the quoted price. A break below the 200-day average could bring S1 into focus, although technical indicators cannot reliably predict future price movements (TradingView, 2 November 2026).

Latest BNB news and market developments

Capital.com analyst view: Binance Coin

Exchange-related developments, including the Binance security breach and subsequent withdrawal activity, could affect sentiment towards BNB. Security concerns, regulatory changes and further disruption may weigh on demand, while improvements in exchange operations could ease some uncertainty. However, their effect on BNB's price is difficult to establish.

BNB Chain's quarterly token burns reduce supply, although their effect on price depends on demand. Greater network adoption and transaction activity could increase demand for BNB, while competition, regulatory restrictions and weaker cryptocurrency markets could weigh on its value. Bhutan's decision to authorise cryptocurrency investments through Gelephu's planned central bank introduces a potential institutional use case, although no BNB allocation has been confirmed.

FAQ

Can BNB reach $10,000?

A $10,000 BNB price is theoretically possible, but the forecasts covered here don't project that level by 2030. The highest cited 2030 scenario is CoinDataFlow's $4,715.65, while other providers give substantially lower estimates. Reaching $10,000 would require a considerable increase in BNB's market value, depending on future supply. Token burns reduce supply but don't guarantee price appreciation. These forecasts are speculative, subject to change and shouldn't be considered reliable indicators of future prices or investment recommendations.

What could affect BNB’s price over the next five years?

Five years from November 2026 takes BNB to 2031, beyond the forecasts covered in this article. For comparison, 2030 projections range widely: CryptoTicker gives an average of $915.41, while CoinDataFlow estimates $3,173.31. These model-based forecasts are speculative, subject to change and shouldn't be treated as guaranteed outcomes or investment recommendations. BNB's value in 2031 could differ substantially depending on token supply, network use, regulatory developments and wider cryptocurrency market conditions.

Is BNB a good coin to hold?

BNB has uses within the BNB Chain ecosystem, including paying transaction fees, while scheduled burns reduce total supply over time. Those features may affect long-term demand, but they don't establish that holding BNB will be profitable. Exchange-related security concerns, competition, regulatory changes and cryptocurrency market volatility can all affect its value. Anyone evaluating a longer holding period would need to consider the possibility of substantial losses alongside the network's development.

Who owns the most Binance Coin?

No single owner controls Binance Coin. BNB is held across private wallets, exchanges, institutions and other participants in the BNB Chain ecosystem. Some of the largest blockchain addresses may belong to exchanges or custodians holding tokens for customers, rather than to a single beneficial owner. Public wallet balances therefore don't establish who owns the most BNB. Ownership concentrations can also change as tokens move between wallets or are removed through burns.

How many Binance Coins are there?

BNB Chain reported a total supply of 131,512,085 BNB following its 37th quarterly burn on 19 October 2026. That burn permanently removed 1,646,196.44 BNB, valued at approximately $1.197bn at the time. The automatic burn mechanism aims to reduce total supply towards 100 million BNB, alongside token burns linked to network fees. Total supply isn't necessarily the same as circulating supply, and subsequent burns will change the amount remaining (BNB Chain, 19 October 2026).

Could Binance Coin’s price go up or down?

Yes. BNB could rise if use of BNB Chain grows, cryptocurrency demand improves or confidence in the Binance ecosystem recovers. Token burns reduce supply, but the price effect depends on demand. Conversely, exchange security incidents, regulatory action, competition or weaker market conditions could put pressure on BNB. Bhutan's cryptocurrency reserve plans may attract attention, although no BNB purchases have been confirmed. Neither technical indicators nor third-party forecasts can reliably establish future price direction.

Should I invest in Binance Coin?

Investing in BNB involves weighing its potential uses and supply changes against the risk of substantial price losses. BNB Chain activity and token burns may influence demand, but exchange-related events, regulatory uncertainty and broader cryptocurrency volatility could affect its value. The forecasts in this article differ widely and shouldn't be treated as investment recommendations. Suitability depends on your circumstances, financial objectives and tolerance for risk. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Can I trade Binance Coin CFDs on Capital.com?

Yes, you can trade Binance Coin CFDs on Capital.com. Trading crypto CFDs lets you speculate on price movements without owning the underlying asset and to take long or short positions. However, contracts for difference (CFDs) are traded on margin, and leverage amplifies both profits and losses.
