Wallenstam AB is a Sweden-based company active in the real estate sector. The Company’s primary activity is the acquisition, management and development of both residential and non-residential real estate located in the Stockholm, Gothenburg and Helsingborg areas in Sweden. The Company primarily manages and develops residential properties, as well as offices, shops, industrial buildings and warehouses, among others. Additionally, the Company is engaged in the supply of electricity to its customers by means of its own wind turbines and hydro power. The Company is active through a number of directly and indirectly owned subsidiaries.
