The Company is an integrated coal mining company with operations in coal mines, coal production and selling coal. Its segments include Coal mining, Coal trading, and Mining services. The Coal mining segment is engaged in the Production and sale of coal produced from operating the Company's coal mines. The Coal trading segment is engaged in the purchase of coal from third parties. Its Mining services segment consists of mining contracting and project management for mining activities conducted at third party mines. The Company owns mining concessions in East and South Kalimantan. Its subsidiaries include Geo Coal International Pte. Ltd., which is engaged in Coal trading in Singapore; PT Geo Energy Coalindo, which is engaged in investment holding in Indonesia, and Borneo International Resources Pte. Ltd., which is engaged in investment holding in Singapore.
