In this year’s edition, Capital.com ranked among the top 5 brokers across four different categories: ‘Best CFD broker in the UK’, ‘Best [CFD] forex broker in the UK’, ‘Best lowest spread [CFD] forex broker’, and ‘Best free trading app’ globally.
The results were based on an analysis of 497 different metrics in 9 key areas (Fees, Security, Deposit and Withdrawal, Trading Platforms, Account Opening, Product Portfolio, Customer Service, Education, Research) for each broker, with more than 40,000 data points analysed overall. Across all categories, Capital.com was commended for its user-friendly mobile app, modern design, and two-step login, price alerts, great account opening experience and excellent email and chat support.
