Capital.com appoints Sheena Kanabar as Group Chief Compliance Officer

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, 20 September, 2023— Capital.com, the high-growth global trading platform has today announced the appointment of Sheena Kanabar as its Group Chief Compliance Officer. Based in London, Sheena will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Group’s global compliance teams and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and policies across the organisation. Reporting to Peter Hetherington, Group Chief Executive Officer, this appointment affirms Capital.com’s continued commitment to a culture of regulatory excellence. 

Sheena has extensive experience in the global brokerage space and a proven track record of managing teams and driving business success in step with all aspects of regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Capital.com, Sheena was Group Chief Compliance Officer at ADSS where she led the development and implementation of the company's global compliance strategy. Before ADSS, she spent more than 11 years at CMC Markets, helming a number of senior compliance roles including Head of Compliance for UK and Europe.
