TotalEnergies to invest $10 billion in Argentina, CEO Pouyanne says

- French oil company TotalEnergies TTEF.PA plans to invest $10 billion in Argentina, Chief Executive Patrick Pouyanne said on Thursday at a conference in Paris.

The investment will be through different projects, including a new offshore development in Tierra del Fuego and amplification of its gas production facility in Neuquen.

"We want to enhance production to 16 million cubic metres per day," Pouyanne said, adding that investments of $4 billion to $5 billion is expected over the next 10 years.
