CHANGE TO THE BOARD – APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

The Company, in accordance with Rule 3.59 of the NSX Listing Requirements, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lionel Matthews as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective 22 September 2026. Mr Matthews is a highly accomplished Namibian business leader, Chartered Accountant (Namibia and South Africa), and holder of an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town, with more than four decades of experience in banking, financial services, investment management, corporate governance, risk management, public finance, and strategic leadership. Mr Matthews has held senior leadership positions, including Managing Director of Nedbank Namibia; Chief Executive Officer of Old Mutual Investment Group Namibia, Director of Banking Supervision at the Bank of Namibia, and Technical Advisor to the Ministry of Finance. He has extensive experience in banking regulation, financial sector supervision, governance, risk management, and regulatory policy.
