MINISO Hong Kong shares rise as CFO buys shares

** Shares of MINISO Group Holding 9896.HK climb 2.2% in the third straight rising session to HK$18.38, their highest level since September 10

** US-listed stock of the lifestyle products and toys retailer ended 3.5% higher on Tuesday

** MINISO says its Chief Financial Officer Jingjing Zhang has acquired shares in the open market for HK$2.7 million ($344,138) on September 29 using his personal funds

** Zhang last bought $400,000 worth of company shares in December 2023, company says

** MINISO says additional acquisition reaffirms management's commitment and confidence in the company, and management may further increase their shareholding when appropriate

** YTD, stock down 49.5%, US-listed shares down 50.8%, and benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI down 4.3%
