Masdar has launched a benchmark-sized no-grow five-year USD blue bond offering, seeking to raise $600 million through a senior unsecured Regulation S bond due October 29, 2031.

IPTs are set at around 130 bps over the five-year UST benchmark. The bond will carry a fixed coupon with semi-annual interest payments.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and Societe Generale are joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

The notes are expected to be listed on the London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market.
