Extension of the Offering Period for UAB “KRS” Bonds, Series 1 Tranche 1, Issued under the EUR 12 Million Bond Programme, until 8 October 2026

UAB “KRS” (the Company) has extended the public offering period of its Series 1 Tranche 1 Bonds (ISIN LT0000138828, the Bonds) until 8 October 2026, accordingly postponing the Issue Date to 12 October 2026 and the Maturity Date to 12 April 2029. The Bonds are being issued under the EUR 12 million Bond Programme. Pursuant to the Final Terms of the Series 1 Tranche 1 Bonds approved by the Company (the Final Terms, as amended, attached hereto), the Company intends to offer up to EUR 6 million in aggregate nominal value of Bonds to investors in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, with a maturity date of 12 April 2029. Summary of the Main Terms of the Bonds Offered

• Series 1 Tranche 1 size: up to EUR 6,000,000
• Denomination: EUR 1,000 (one thousand euros)
• Issue Price: EUR 1,000 (one thousand euros)
• Interest Rate: 8.75% / 9.00% / 9.25% (depending on the auction results)
• Subscription Period: from 14 September 2026 until 8 October 2026
• Settlement Date: 12 October 2026
• Maturity Date: 12 April 2029

Investors wishing to submit subscription orders for the Bonds should contact their bank or investment brokerage firm.

Investors who have already submitted subscription orders are not required to take any additional action and their subscription orders shall remain valid (unless otherwise provided under the procedures of the relevant intermediary), unless they wish to revoke them in accordance with the procedure set out in the Final Terms.
