CPC says oil shipments at Black Sea terminal down 4 million tons so far this year

- Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) said on Wednesday that it supplied almost 50 million metric tons of oil from its Black Sea terminal from January 1 to September 25, down 4 million tons from the same period in 2025.

Shareholders of CPC, which accounts for more than 80% of Kazakhstan's total oil exports, include Russia with a 31% stake, Kazakhstan with 20.75%, Chevron CVX.N with 15%, and a number of private companies.
