Share Buyback Programme

Admiral Group plc (“Admiral”) announces that, further to the announcement made in its interim results release on 6 August 2026, it has entered into an arrangement with UBS AG, London Branch to purchase ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of Admiral (the “Ordinary Shares”) for a consideration of up to £45,000,000 in accordance with certain parameters and pursuant to a share buyback programme (the “Programme”).

The Programme will commence shortly and end no later than 31 December 2026. The purchase of the shares under the Programme forms part of our capital management framework, with the intention to reduce the issued share capital of Admiral.

Any purchases of Ordinary Shares under the Programme will be carried out in accordance with Admiral's general authority to make market purchases of Ordinary Shares granted by its shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 29 April 2026 (the "Authority"), Chapter 9 of the UK Listing Rules and the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended).

The maximum number of Ordinary Shares that may be repurchased under the Programme is 30,630,467 being the number of Ordinary Shares Admiral is authorised to repurchase under the terms of the Authority.

The Company will make further regulatory announcements in respect of purchases of Ordinary Shares under the Programme in due course.
