SAO PAULO, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Brazil's oil production rose 20.3% year-on-year in September to 4.71 million barrels per day, setting a new record, oil regulator ANP said on Tuesday.
Natural gas output was up 17.5% to 223.98 million cubic meters per day.
