Brazil's CSN enters into exclusivity agreement with Huaxin for cement unit sale

SAO PAULO, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Brazilian steelmaker CSN CSNA3.SA said on Friday it has entered into an exclusivity agreement with China's Huaxin 600801.SS for a period of 10 days aimed at concluding the sale of its cement unit CSN Cimentos.

The agreement assumes an enterprise value of 12.7 billion reais ($2.36 billion) for CSN Cimentos, it said in a securities filing, adding that it intends to sign the definitive documents "within a matter of days."
