** Co says it has signed a framework agreement with South Korea-based plant construction firm Samsung E&A 028050.KS to partner on selected projects across US energy and industrial markets

** Adds partnership would combine co's US Gulf Coast presence with Samsung E&A's global construction, supply chain and modularisation expertise

** Stock down around 22% year-to-date
