Australia's Codan rises on robust profit forecast

** Shares of Australia's Codan CDA.AX up 29.2% for the week, headed for their best week since mid-April 2016, if current gains hold

** The electronics maker on Tuesday forecast first-half FY27 net profit of at least A$160 million ($110.77 million), more than double from A$71.2 million a year earlier

** Codan expects first-half communications revenue of A$400 million-A$410 million, up from A$221.8 million a year earlier, with about half expected to come from conflict regions

** Stock up 2.2% earlier in the day
