ARA gasoline stocks fall 14%, Insights Global data shows

By Reuters News

- Gasoline product stocks independently held in the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) refining and storage hub fell more than 14% on the week, data from Dutch consultancy Insights Global showed on Thursday.

  • Gasoline stocks fell to 707,000 metric tons, their lowest since September 2021 on higher exports and low refining margins weighing on production, Insights Global's Rick Veringmeier said.

  • Gasoil stocks were roughly steady at 1.78 million tons.

  • Jet fuel stocks fell 6.6% to 461,000 tons.

  • Fuel oil stocks fell 0.8% to 930,000 tons.

  • Total stocks stood at 4.24 million tons, the data showed.

  • Water levels in the Rhine were improving slowly, Veringmeier said, with intakes in ships rising slightly.
