The Mosaic Company (MOS) is a global leader in concentrated phosphate and potash production, and marketing. With a workforce of almost 9,000 people, Mosaic operates in six countries and mines potash across 200,000 acres of land in Florida. Each year Mosaic mines around 11 million tonnes of potash, which accounts for 12% of the world capacity per year. Speaking of phosphate, the company produces almost 5.5 million tonnes of phosphoric acid. The Mosaic Company shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
