City Holding Company is a financial holding company. The Company conducts its principal activities through its subsidiary, City National Bank of West Virginia (City National). City National provides banking, trust and investment management and other financial solutions through its network of approximately 94 bank branches located in West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia and south-eastern Ohio. City National provides credit, deposit, and trust and investment management services to its customers in a geographical area that includes many rural and small community markets. City National’s loan portfolio consists of commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, residential real estate, home equity, consumer loans and demand deposit account (DDA) overdrafts. City National's delivery channels include automated-teller-machines (ATMs), interactive-teller machines (ITMs), mobile banking, debit cards, interactive voice response systems, and Internet technology.
