About Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited
Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the distribution and sale of piped natural gas. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through five segments: the Piped Gas Operation segment, the Brewery Operation segment, the solid waste treatment segment, the Corporate and Others segment, and the Water and Environmental Operations segment. The Piped Gas Operation segment is engaged in the distribution and sale of piped natural gas, the provision of natural gas transmission, gas technology consultation and development services, the surveying and plotting of underground construction projects, the construction and installation of gas pipelines and related equipment and the provision of repairs and maintenance services. The Brewery Operation segment produces, distributes and sells brewery products.

BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2021, Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited revenues increased 26% to HK$40.39B. Net income increased 77% to HK$6.32B. Revenues reflect Piped Gas Operation segment increase of 27% to HK$29.37B, Brewery Operation segment increase of 22% to HK$6.78B, Solid waste treatment operation segment increase of 25% to HK$4.23B.
