It operates through four segments, including Food Europe, Food North America, Food Rest of World and Origin. Food Europe segment includes the specialty bakery market in Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Sweden, Poland and Denmark. Food North America segment includes the specialty bakery market in the United States and Canada. Food Rest of World segment consists of businesses in Australia, Asia, New Zealand and South America. Origin segment is a agri-services group focused on integrated agronomy and agri-inputs in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland and Ukraine. The Company’s customer channels consist of a mix of retail, convenience and independent retail, Quick Serve Restaurants.

BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 January 2022, ARYZTA AG revenues increased 11% to EUR835.3M. Net loss applicable to common stockholders excluding extraordinary items decreased 12% to EUR63.4M. Revenues reflect Europe segment increase of 14% to EUR721.5M, France segment increase of 46% to EUR119.1M, Others segment increase of 15% to EUR256.5M, Switzerland (Country) segment increase of 10% to EUR105.8M.
