FTA’s core business model revolves around subscriptions to its platform, but shippers can access a range of credit and insurance services, and truckers can use applications to assist in the management of electronic toll collections and traffic tickets, as well as credit and insurance solutions.
The rise in e-commerce as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic helped FTA grow its user base. In December 2020, the company had 1.3 million shipper monthly active users (MAUs), up 42.2% from December 2019.
