The Company is operational through its subsidiaries, which include Atea AS, Norway; Atea A/S, Denmark; Atea AB, Sweden; Atea Oy, Finland; Atea Baltic UAB, Lithuania; Atea Logistics AB, Sweden; Atea Global Services SIA, Latvia, and Spintop Netsolution AB (Atea Spintop), Sweden. In September 2014, the Company acquired all shares in Datatech AS, a specialist in IT infrastructure solutions for the maritime and offshore industries.
