Longfor Group Holdings Limited, formerly Longfor Properties Co. Ltd., is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in property businesses. The Company operates through three segments. Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sales of office buildings, commercial properties, residential properties and car parks in China. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net income was partially offset by Administrative expenses increase of 48% to RMB10.82B (expense), Selling and marketing expenses increase of 9% to RMB5.46B (expense).
