BRIEF: For the nine months ended 31 December 2021, Bark Inc revenues increased 42% to $378.6M. Net loss increased 30% to $31.6M. Revenues reflect Direct to Consumer segment increase from $90.2M to $330.3M, Commerce segment increase from $15M to $48.3M. Higher net loss reflects Selling, general and administrative - increase of 77% to $209.6M (expense), Advertising and marketing - Balancing increase of 12% to $56.8M (expense).
