About Public Service Enterprise Group Inc.
Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG) is a holding company. The Company is an energy company with operations located primarily in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. The Company principally conducts its business through two direct wholly owned subsidiaries, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) and PSEG Power LLC (PSEG Power). Its segments include PSE&G and PSEG Power. Its PSE&G segment is principally engaged in the transmission of electricity and distribution of electricity and natural gas in certain areas of New Jersey. PSE&G also invests in regulated solar generation projects and energy-related programs in New Jersey. PSEG Power is a multi-regional energy supply company that integrates the operations of its merchant nuclear and fossil generating assets with its fuel supply functions through energy sales in energy markets primarily in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States through its principal direct wholly owned subsidiaries.
