LSI Industries Inc. is a producer of American-made lighting and graphics solutions. The Company operates through two segments: Lighting and Graphics. The Lighting Segment manufactures, markets, and sells outdoor and indoor lighting solutions to petroleum/convenience markets, parking lot and garage markets, quick-service restaurant market, grocery and pharmacy store markets, the automotive market, and national retail accounts. The Graphics Segment manufactures, sells and installs exterior and interior visual image elements such as traditional print graphics, interior branding, electrical and architectural signage, active digital signage along with the management of media content related to digital signage, and menu board systems that are either digital or print by design.
Financial summary
BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 December 2021, LSI Industries, Inc. revenues increased 49% to $217.5M. Net income increased 49% to $6.2M. Revenues reflect Graphics Segment increase of 95% to $109M, Lighting Segment increase of 20% to $108.5M. Net income also reflects Lighting Segment income increase of 57% to $9M, Graphics Segment income increase of 53% to $7.6M. Dividend per share remained flat at $0.10.
