Kudelski SA is a Switzerland-based company engaged in the information technology services sector. The Company provides digital security and convergent media solutions for the delivery of digital and interactive content, as well as consulting services. Its activities are structured into two segments: Integrated Digital Television (iDTV) and Public Access. The iDTV segment provides integrated solutions, including open conditional access solutions allowing digital TV operators and content providers to operate TV services on a secure platform. The Public Access segment, represented by SKIDATA, provides physical access control systems and ticketing services for ski lifts, car parks, stadiums, concert halls and events. In addition, the Company offers cybersecurity services in the area of Internet of Things (IoT). The Company operates globally through its subsidiaries and affiliates.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Kudelski SA revenues increased 3% to $753.9M. Net income applicable to common stockholders excluding extraordinary items totaled $15.7M vs. loss of $23.2M. Revenues reflect Cyber security segment increase of 36% to $107.3M, Digital Television (TV and Broadband Internet) segment increase of 3% to $355.1M, France segment increase of 12% to $55.5M, Switzerland segment increase of 3% to $50.6M.
