The Kratos Government Solutions segment includes the operations of Defense Rocket Support Services, Microwave Electronics Division, Technical and Training Solutions, and Modular Systems, which provide technology-based defense solutions, involving products and services, with the focus relating to the nation's Command, Control, Communications, Computing, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance requirements. The Unmanned Systems segment includes its unmanned aerial, ground, seaborne and command, control and communications system business.
Financial summary
BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 26 December 2021, Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc revenues increased 9% to $811.5M. Net income before extraordinary items decreased 100% to $100K. Revenues reflect Kratos Government Solutions segment increase from $187M to $579.6M. Net income was offset by Corporate Activates segment loss increase of 20% to $27.6M, Kratos Government Solutions segment income decrease of 3% to $42.3M.
