KB Home (KBH) is one of the largest and most recognised homebuilding companies in the United States and has been building homes for 60 years, with more than 600,000 homes delivered since its founding. The company sells and buys a variety of new homes designed primarily for first-time, first move-up and active adult homebuyers, including attached and detached single-family residential homes, townhouses and condominiums. The homebuilding operations represent most of the KB Home’s business, but the company also offers various insurance products to its homebuyers in the markets where it builds homes and provides title services in certain markets.
