Its triple-net properties offer services including independent living facilities, independent supportive living facilities (Canada), assisted living, continuing care retirement communities, Alzheimer's/dementia care and care homes with or without nursing (United Kingdom), as well as long-term/post-acute care. The Company's portfolio of properties and other investments are located in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
