Trade ARK Innovation ETF - ARKK CFD

ARK Innovation (ARKK) is an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) that targets long-term capital creation by investing primarily – at least 65% of its assets – in domestic and overseas equity shares of companies relevant to the fund’s investment theme of ‘disruptive innovation’ under normal conditions.

According to ARK, disruptive innovation is the introduction of a new technologically enabled product or service that has the potential to change the way the world works. Companies relevant to this theme are those that rely on or benefit from the development of new products or services, technological improvements and advancements in scientific research related to the following areas:

• Genomics

• Innovation in automation and manufacturing

• Transportation

• Energy

• Artificial intelligence and materials

• The increased use of shared technology

• Infrastructure and services

• Technologies that make financial services more efficient

The fund was launched on 31 October 2014. It is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Arca. Its top 10 holdings as of 31 December 2021 were:

1. Tesla Inc (7.9%)

2. Roku (6.2%)

3. Teladoc Health (6.0%)

4. Zoom Video Communications-A (5.8%)

5. Coinbase Global Inc – Class A (5%)

6. Unity Software (4.1%)

7. Spotify Technology SA (4.1%)

8. Twilio Inc – A (4.1%)

9. Exact Sciences Corp (3.8%)

10.  Uipath Inc – Class A (3.7%)
