Zillow Group (ZG) is a tech company that provides a mobile and online marketplace for real estate brands in the US. Founded in 2006, the company aims to make moving easier. 

Zillow brands, affiliates and subsidiaries include:

• Zillow: for sale and rentals listings on the Zillow.com website and mobile application.

• Zillow Rental Manager: a property management solution that helps landlords streamline operations related to property listings, tenant screenings and rent collection. 

• Zillow Premier Agent: an application designed to connect agents with active buyers and sellers to help them grow their business and provide them with tools and resources to convert those buyers and sellers into lasting clients.

• Zillow Home Loans: an application that helps buyers find the right mortgage. 

• Zillow Closing Service: helps make transactions easy and seamless for all parties involved in the home buying or lending process. 

• Trulia: an online real estate marketplace.

• StreetEasy: a real estate platform for both rentals and sales in New York.

• HotPads: a map-based, rentals search engine that lists apartments and condos for rent across the US.

• ShowingTime: an online scheduling platform for home showings.

In 2019, Zillow expanded into Canada. 

Over the years, Zillow has been endorsed as one of the best companies to work for. 

The company went public on the Nasdaq stock exchange on 21 July 2011 with an initial public offering (IPO) of $20 a share. It trades under the symbol ZG.
