About US Foods Holding Corp
US Foods Holding Corp. is a foodservice distributor. The Company is primarily engaged in marketing and distributing of fresh, frozen and dry food and non-food products to foodservice customers throughout the United States. Its products include meats and seafood, dry grocery products, refrigerated and frozen grocery products, dairy, equipment disposables and supplies, and beverage products. It serves customers that include independently owned single and multi-unit restaurants, regional concepts, national restaurant chains, hospitals, nursing homes, hotels and motels, country clubs, government and military organizations, colleges and universities, and retail locations. The Company provides over 400,000 fresh, frozen, and dry food stock-keeping units (SKUs), as well as non-food items, sourced from approximately 6,000 suppliers. It has a network of over 69 distribution facilities and a fleet of approximately 6,500 trucks. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is US Foods, Inc. (USF).
