About Sunoco LP

Sunoco LP is primarily engaged in the distribution of motor fuels to independent dealers, distributors, and other customers. The Company is also engaged in the distribution of motor fuels to end customers at retail sites operated by commission agents. It operates through two segments: Fuel Distribution and Marketing and All Other. The Fuel Distribution and Marketing segment is a distributor of motor fuels and other petroleum products, which is supplied to third-party dealers and distributors, to independent operators of commission agent locations, to other commercial consumers of motor fuel and to its retail locations. The segment also includes transmix processing plants and refined products terminals. The All Other segment includes the Partnership's credit card services, franchise royalties, and its retail operations in Hawaii and New Jersey. Sunoco, LLC (Sunoco LLC), Sunoco Retail LLC (Sunoco Retail), Aloha Petroleum LLC and Aloha Petroleum, Ltd. (Aloha) are its subsidiaries.
